Timeframe and conditions for return:
.you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or a credit note, if they do not suit you. damaged items or items whose labels have been detached cannot be returned. returns are offered from metropolitan france via colissimo (label valid for 7 days). the product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied if possible by the delivery note received in the order. size and color exchange are also possible via the return procedure above.
